As IT Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust IT systems that support our team, clients, and internal processes. You will oversee infrastructure, cybersecurity, and system performance while managing a team of professionals. You’ll also play a key role in aligning our technology strategy with our overall business goals.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement IT infrastructure and systems to support business operations and growth
- Manage all IT operations including servers, networks, endpoints, cloud systems, and cybersecurity
- Lead the selection, integration, and optimization of software tools and platforms across departments
- Supervise and support internal IT staff and external vendors
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure maximum uptime and data security
- Oversee IT budgets, procurement, and asset lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and IT best practices
- Collaborate with other departments to assess and fulfill technical requirements
- Develop documentation, policies, and training for system users
- Keep up with industry trends and recommend new technologies for innovation
Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Manager, Systems Administrator, or similar role (3–5 years minimum)
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365), and system architecture
- Experience with network administration, firewalls, backup systems, and cybersecurity standards
- Familiarity with project management tools, ERP systems, and enterprise-level software
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Certifications like CCNA, CompTIA, or Microsoft are a plus)
- Fluency in English and Arabic (French is a plus)
