We’re currently seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing department and drive impactful campaigns that align with our clients’ business goals.

As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization or specific lines of business to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. You will lead a team of marketers, collaborate with other departments, and ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s services and drive business growth
  • Oversee all marketing operations: digital marketing, advertising, public relations, events, and content creation
  • Manage and coach a team of marketing professionals
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets
  • Prepare and present quarterly/annual marketing reports and forecasts
  • Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align messaging and campaigns
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insight and assessing against goals
  • Maintain strong relationships with media vendors and agencies

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role (3–5 years minimum)
  • Strong understanding of digital tools, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and marketing automation platforms
  • Solid knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (French is a plus)
